go look up your local council web site and look for waste transfer
they might charge you extra for tre paint you will have to check if the council accepts paint
or
they might know where you can dispose of paint in your local area.
sand back and treat the rust with a phosphoric acid rust converter, then prime and paint as per usual, you question does'nt state where you are and local regulations usually say what sorts of paints you can or can't use
Not sure how this pertains to a car or truck.....but you should scrape or high pressure power wash the entire outside to remove any dirt, contaminates, or loose paint. Then a coat of quality primer and finally a good coat of quality paint. Done correctly with quality materials you should end up with a paint job that will easily last 10 years or better.
It depends on the number of coats you want to put on but normally less than 1 pint. Remember that you mix it with thinners in a ratio of around 1/4 paint to 3/4 thinners.. Talk to a paint shop or an auto refinisher for best advice.
There should be a tag somewhere under the hood with paint number on it...any body shop can show you where yours is. But, don't be surprised if the paint you buy does not exactly match what is on the car now...different "batches" are not the same and what is on the car has changed from sun exposure. A good paint shop mixes the original paint they get in the can with white etc to get a better match than you can.
bleed air out cooling system. put half antifreeze and half water .if you got too much water .it willl cause engine to over heat. antifreeze raise boiling point .220 degrees it wont boil away . water will evaporate 212 degrees.it will boil away .causing low coolant problems and over heating.
go to a body shop and ask for a tin and they will mix it ,but be warned its expensive as only new paint which is bio degradable can be used.1993 this is an old jam jar,i used to repaint with a hamiltons paint brush and some fleet teckaloid in my time, and if you couldnt afford the coach paint then a tin of wollies special and a cheepo brush
