Check or replace the crank sensor. It is behind the harmonic balancer, lowest pulley on the front of the engine. Check codes. Could have saved from buying a ICM and coils.
Might have a crankshaft sensor or camshaft position sensor issue can plug it in with scan tool (can get one at advance auto for 50-80 bucks ) and if one of those is an issue it should show up in the computers memory
Check your air filter or try starting without it (not drive without). was there a problem before you changed pack or just general maintenance?
It stated when my battery went dead and changed it out and thought it was the coil pack and ICM. I even sprayed starter fluid in the intake and still didn't start. What else can it be.
The cps others said could be it aswel but you would have the check engine light and I'm sure you would have checked codes before buying anything. Take off battery cables both + & - and touch them together for 15-30 minutes then put back on batter, wait three minutes and try to start. This erases all Codes and resets computer. Two things for you to remember, I had one car that needed them touching for hours and another one that worked turned off 15 minutes after starting and would work 10 minutes after that. I have no idea why just did. Oh the one that needed 24 hours had some fuel sensor that would not let it start if obd was reset and fuel was quarter or less
