All the lights are on.
Make sure the top (headliner interior lights are not pushed in,that is manually turned on.
If it is all the interior lights check your door switch, the little round tab that is compressed when the door is closed, is not broken off or stuck in the open position. If it has just come loose you can tighten the jamb nut that holds it to the body, and it will once again activate.
All interior lamps or just one dome,, why not mention them all .
as they are are related.. even the cluster glows in park.
and add, on some , the drivers switch that does just that.
door switches,? (ajar)
Head lights on or only in park on, or broken, are parks on ,outside.
and the driver demands them on. all curiosity lights. or its broken this switch.

if you can read blue lines? (old speak ) for schematics.

the HL switch has a DOME position.
and some domes have their own switch mode. directly
id need to know the status of all lamps inside car
with the HL switch to off. (not in dome pos)
but now you have the schematic, and have the Power of lightning !
Bad headlight switch or door ajar switch.
or the switch called dome is on. operator error. (cockpit error we say)

The interior lights wont turn off cant because it can't get a conncetion definitely a headlight switch issue common problem for that make

check your light dimmer & see if you have it set all the way down.If it's anything like my 99WJ it has an off setting when the dimmer is set all the down causing the interior lights to not come on when you open the doors,hope this helps

Manufacturer calls for 10w 30 for that engine. However you will get more life from it if you use a 10w 40 or a good synthetic with a similar designation or even higher such as 20w50.(synthetic only).
Along with any organic oil, it is a good idea to use marvel or lucas additives. Do not use cheap oil. Most are paraffin based and will cause sludge problems.
