Fuel pump or clogged fuel filter my first guess .
You say it dies at 45 to 50 mph and has 126 th miles .
But you do maintane the vehicle your getting PO300 codes witch are mis fire codes .
You need air gas and a spark for it to run witch one are you missing
Take out a few spark plugs see what they look like are they tan and dry that is good .If they are white dry that is to lean not enough fuel .If black and smell like gas to rich to much fuel .
Spark plugs tell the story of how an engine is running and what to look for it is a system and needs to work together.

PO300 and P1399 are random cylinder misfire detected.
PO301 cylinder 1 misfire
PO302 cylinder 2 misfire
PO304 cylinder 4 misfire
PO306 cylinder 6 misfire
I would say that you have damage to the ignition wiring harness or you ECM is failing.
You never guess at anything
You learn the systems on your vehicle, test, then replace, only if a part fails a test
You replaced a very expensive converter,WHY?
You do however work on the PO301 thru PO306 misfire codes.
Bad coil pack,module,etc
Don't go putting in spark plugs, they never misfire.
a blinking ck engine light means you have a catalyst damaging misfire. the misfire is also the cause of the shaking and probably low power condition. you need to have the vehicle scanned asap and try to figure out which cylinder or cylinders are misfiring by the code read by the scanner. if you have a po300 code it means you have a random cylinder misfire. if you have a po301 through a po306 then go to the cylinder 1-6 designated by the last # in the code to figure the cause from there. look for a burnt plug wire, remove the proper sparkplug and ck it. also remember to change the engine oil as there is unburned fuel getting into it every minute this condition exists that the engine is running. good luck to you.
These are misfire codes. This means that your vehicle is missing. The 300 is a random misfire and the 305 is for cylinder 5,and the 306 is for cylinder number 6.Check the plugs if they are good then you could have bad coils. They are top of the plugs.Hope this helps.Good luck.
