Horns are usually located at the front of the vehicle between the front grill and the radiator . Suggest opening hood of engine bay and holding up hood if it has a hood support rod. Look for a horn at the front of vehicle . However after some research on my part
from the link below the horn is located on the firewall right hand side (firewall is wall between engine and passenger compartment)

Horn not working

With something like this it's most likely a fuse burnt out. There is a fuse box located under the hood as well as inside the Jeep. Usually the lid has a map describing which fuses do what. If not, there should also be a map in your owner's manual.
1.Find the fuse associated with the horn and check if the metal piece in the middle is broken.(like a light bulb)
2.If its broken, replace with a fuse with the same amp rating. (number on the side/color)
3. If it still doesnt work than the connectors to the horn or the horn itself need replaced. The horn is usually located behind the grille or front bumper. It kind of looks like a black plastic snail usually.

The horn won't work checked fuse and it was okay, where is the horn located at?

Most likely you will need to replace the horn relay located in or near the main fuse box or under the hood in the high amp fuse box. If you have the owner's manual it will show the fuse box diagrams.

I have a 89 golf, horn doesn't work but it makes a clicking noise when the horn button is pushed any ideas to get it to work?

Your horn buzzer is either broken, or it is not getting power. The click you hear is the horn relay. It is good that you can hear it.

To diagnose the problem, locate the horn module. It should be behind the grill in the front of the car. Remove the power wire. Get an assistant to press the horn button while you measure voltage in the connector. If you have voltage, replace the horn. If not, find out why there is no voltage. It could be a blown horn fuse or a broken wire. Good luck.

The owner should locate the horn circuit . prepare the tools or equipment to be used.So that when the horn circuit is check it function properly.locate horn unit, horn relay, horn switch, horn power supply.check the fuse, check the relay, check the switch, check the wires, check the horn unit.Observe safety precautions.Use terms to describe checking horn circuit. If there are worn out or malfunctioning parts replace them.If there are loose connections of wires then reconnect it . But if the owner cant do it go to a car mechanic and the mechanic will do the job.

1990 Honda accord horn problem

Horn fuse should be located in the fuse box under the dash on drivers side kick panel. If fuse is good try replacing the horn itself, it might be bad due to the age of the car. They are located behind the front bumper on the left and right side.
