check all your fuses. if you boosted it before changing starter there is a chance u blew a fuse. I would disconect battery and wait 60seconds then re attach to reset the computer
you cant get rid of the issue until you find the cause and fix it. i would not recommend throwing any more parts at it, get someone with a scan tool and see what codes are there before you waste any more money .
The PCM does not calculate the speedometer the TCM does.Most of the time if is not a bad output speed sensor it is the connector.You can purchase a replcement connector from the dealer or a local transmission supply house.Also you must have the correct tire size(Pinion factor) programmed into your TCM and this will need to be done with a professional scan tool.

you need to have the trouble codes read go to autozone they can read them for you and write them down and report back it is most likley a speed sensor on the transmission there is two of them and they are very cheap and easy to change called input /output speed sensors
