My Chrysler Town and Country 2001 is in limp mode.

you cant get rid of the issue until you find the cause and fix it. i would not recommend throwing any more parts at it, get someone with a scan tool and see what codes are there before you waste any more money

I have a 2001 town & country 3.8l lxi and the speedometer goes crazy jumping from 0 -120 and then back again. When this happens the car starts jumping if you try to drive it. I changed both sensors...

The PCM does not calculate the speedometer the TCM does. Most of the time if is not a bad output speed sensor it is the connector. You can purchase a replcement connector from the dealer or a local transmission supply house. Also you must have the correct tire size(Pinion factor) programmed into your TCM and this will need to be done with a professional scan tool.

Could a bad 02 sensor affect shifting in my 1996 chrysler town & country? When I started having problems I put a scanner on it, and the only code it put out was for a oxygen sensor. Could the 02 sensor...

Yes, the car will probably shift harder (if it has an automatic transmission) and it won't shift correctly when you try to accelerate at speeds over 30 MPH (it will downshift too many gears).

Check the speed sensor on the tranny cause if the speedometer is not working the tranny will not shift. The computer will not recognize that the transmission is in motion so will not shift.
