this system was used before there was a move to power steering and collapsible steering columns
the ram type power steering is not power steering in the true sense of the word but power assisted steering
so to get what you want you will have to go back to workshop manual archives or car clubs with veteran or vintage vehicles
many steering systems were made by generic companies (eaton, dayton etc) and the set up was the same across a variety of makes including dodge , international, GM so don't solely focus on ford but more on the steering system manufacturer
We only have the diagrams for North American cars and light trucks. I suggest you contact a local parts store they will have a book that shows diagrams.
the most likely culprit is the power steering box, there is a product available on eBay called leak fix that is designed for power steering systems, I used this on my 96 explorer that was leaking by the pitman arm from the steering box, that was 4 years ago & with 2 changes of fluid since it still hasn't leaked one drip

There is usually no diagram for the power steering on a vehicle. On power steering you have a pressure line and a low pressure return line. The pump is located on the front of the engine and has a line that is bolted into it, this is the pressure line coming out going to the steering gearbox where it is bolted in also. The other line has a clamp holding it in place, this is the low pressure return line coming back from the gearbox. If the gearbox is the rack and pinion steering type then you may have a couple of extra high pressure lines on it to operate the rack portion of the steering. Good Luck, RAC
