Timing these new motors today are difficult, your timing may still be off. You'll need to get a timing gun. Also did you make sure that the motor was Top Dead Center(TDC).

Just replaced timing belt on 99 stratus, now it will not start, cranks but will not start...anything???

recheck to be certain it is aligned properly,. fortunately for you this is a non-interference engine, so you might not have any damage if it is in fact incorrectly aligned..
get a haynes or chiltons repair manual for your car - it will go a lot quicker with the details at your fingertips..
Best regards

I need to know the timing marks for a 2002 Dodge Stratus SE; 2.4, 4cyl, with a duel overhead cam.

Remove the front cover on your timing belt. This will give you access to the timing mark. The mark is at 12 o'clock, straight up. You will see a small indent in the pulley. You have to align the mark exact. You need to make sure it is in the right compression stroke.

Broken timing belt on 2004 dodge Stratus

It can happen, I'm not sure if you car is one of these. But when a timing belt breaks you take a gamble that your car is not one of these.
That is why the timing belt should be replaced every 60,000 miles!
Sorry!
