Ihave power seats. On drivers the seat will.not raise up but wil raise down. Could it be a fuse

unplug it or pull fuse

If it's not the switch then it's likely a motor.

Check fuses.
Then look under the seat to make sure there are not any dis-connected plugs, things get shoved under seats and plugs get disconnected.
If you can tell what wires are for the seat, you can unplug them and use a 12V test light to tell if you are getting power to the seat motors. (this would tell you if the motors are good, if you are getting power to them)

get it serviced, the magic is gone.

ask ford to fix it or buy the book, or get it serviced anywhere;.

start by checking fuse that supplies power to seats

Maybe you problem is with the switch, or check if power seat circuit has the regular fuse or rather one of those thermal ones.

The fuse panel is located on the left hand side of the instrument panel facing the drivers side door.

You might want to try disconnecting the negative battery cable for 5 minutes and then reconnecting it. This procedure fixed my seat that was not working. It works fine now. I know it sounds too good to be true but it usually works

The control switch has developed a problem (intermittent contact or just broke inside) Replace the switch. That should fix it.
