Hi donna , can you hear the motor running ,or no ? The window regulator is cables an plastic pulley's The cables fray an wrap around the inside ! You can test for voltage at the motor with a volt meter . That's better then guessing an spending money you don't have ! Hook black voltmeter led to a good ground , metal on the body . Take red led an touch to the wires at the motor one at a time while pushing the window switch ! If there is voltage an window is not working it's the regulator ! If there is no voltage go to the switch an check both sides ! Regulator or the switch is bad !

Need to get a wiring diagram. Buy a book and follow the wiring schematic. It should help you out majorly. Can't really work on electrical issues without one.

Check the wires on the driver's door between the door and the post. A break in a wire will affect the passenger side.

I replaced the driver's side window motor because

I don't know everything there is to know about window motors, but I have seen this before, both mine went out at the same time, not together but a couple weeks apart, like they were dated. Anyway, I replaced both motors, then both operators. Now they both work fine. I would hang on to the old motor, you never know, it might be good, You might have a bad switch on the door, I had to take my switches apart on my other truck and clean the contacts, got both motors working again, Hope this helps.

Passenger window will not go up i think its

if the fuse was an issue then all the windows would be inop, not just one, the most common fault is the electric motor that runs the window up and down.

Passenger side power window does not go down

I would start by locating the fuse for the power windows, if one side is working move to step 2. I have replaced window regulators on several american vehicles, the honda should be no different. Youcan order the power window regulator online on autopartswarehouse.com, or take a chance at your local junkyard. you will need to remove the door panel, start at the release mechanism inside, usually 1 screw with a small plastic cover. in addition, 1 screw in the grab area of the arm rest, also covered. at the bottom of the panel under the arm rest start to pry off the door panel, you can take it off with a flat blade screwdriver or flat pry bar. it will make a snapping sound. then proceed, there are about about 8-10 total clips. after this is done, you will need to un hook the power window and door lock connections. next remove the door light connection at the bottom of the door. remove the plastic lining as careful as possible. you will need to put this back on after you finish. usually there are three screws attached to the regulator and 4 screws, 2 on each side of the alignment tracks. in addition there are 2 screws holding the window to the brace that moves up and down. remove the window bolts first and remove the glass, then proceed with the rest of the bolts, then re assemble as you have taken apart. On the hondas I would say about 2-3 hours will be need for each window. Good Luck!!!

Passenger window will not go up or down

I had the same problem a few years ago except my window was stuck up. There is a cable inside the door that controls the window (not sure what it's called). Anyway, that cable was broken so the motor was working but not the window. Take the door panel off and you should be able to see the cable and if it's still attached correctly.
