Given late model, rarely would it be fuel pump, but fuel relays are the most common issues of no fuel to injectors. If rail has fuel pressure, then it has to be electrical, and only fuel relay controls and sends power to injectors.

Bad fuel pump or relay to fuel pump or blown fuse to Main Relay or bad relay, could cause no spray from injectors.
Hope this helps.

Testimonial: "Fuel pump works got fuel coming out at fuel rail.fuel pump fuse is good.im going change main relay now"

Only other thing I can think of is an emissions sensor that causes computer to not spray fuel. Like no spark might do that.

91chevy 5.0 l TBI won't spray any fuel out of injectors .can spray chemtool carb cleaner in throttle body and it starts up . have replaced distributor twice still no injector spray ?

could be clogged up, clean injectors. gunk in bottom of fuel tank can be sucked through and block injectors. also check fuel pump.

93 astro van fuel injectors not spraying

Unless you have a clogged fuel line going into the throttle body, something got missed.
With the key on, can you ground one of the injectors and make it spray ?

Fuel injectors spraying to much gas

to be honest, with an 89, all you can do is replace the injector. how an injector works is there is a small amount of current that is run to a coil around a rod (if you are unaware, this produces magnetic fields). the magnetic field produced pulls up what is usually a small ball, allowing fuel to go through the tip of the injector nozzle. all you can do to fix this is to buy different injectors.

just a question..why do you think they are spraying too much fuel? because it may just be that you have excessive fuel pressure and your fuel pressure regulator is bad. hit me back.
