On a 2006 it's fuse 28
They do not have either. The circuit protection is a circuit breaker which is built into the window motor. Most American vehicles are designed this way. Most common failures are the motors themselves and the driver's power window switch assembly.

If you are talking about the cooling fan relay for the radiator there is no low speed and high speed relay. There is only one relay and it is behind the grill revitted to the bumper rail. It is doesnt look like you typical relay.

The input and output speed sensors look identical on the connector side. The one over the solenoid pack is the input, the one closer to the left frame rail or left front wheel is the output sensor. I hope this helps.
