Someone may have OVER-CHARGED it. If the system fluctuates from cool to cold, it could be that there is too much refrigerant in the system.

To open the fuel filler door, pull up on the release lever with a gas pump symbol on it. It is located on the floor on the left side of the driver's seat.

I believe it means that your car is due for an oil change. Your cars computer is programmed to turn that light on every so many miles to alert you and then after you change to oil there is a procedure to reset it. You owners manual should tell you this information of what the light means and how to reset it. If you do not have the manual call your local dealer and ask the service dept. what it means for sure and they should tell you over the phone and if it's a good dealer they will tell you how to reset it.

There is a relearn procedure for the transmission but you need a Tech 2 diagnostic with the appropriate software.It only for automatic transmissions. The clutch data is learned which translate adaptive data cells. Which the TCM uses for clutch controls during shifting.
