So I can't quite make it out. I am assuming you are lacking in power.
So I would suggest checking the fuel filter, the timing, compression, plugs, wires, ERG, and PCV.
Then make sure the air mass sensor is not coated with foam from the PCV.
Clean it when it is off the car, to prevent cleaner from getting into the engine.
