Sounds like , if the wires were in the wrong place it might have blown a fuse. Check the fuses to see if one is blown out.
If all the fuses are good then you probably need a diagram.
I like to use autozone.com for diagrams. You could try that.
Hope this helps.

2005 Toyota Avalon dies when shifted into gear

at the time of the oil change that started this issue the oil change guy probably broke a vacuum connector or a wiring harness, possibly broke a connection to a sensor or failed to put the throttle area back together correctly after checking the air filter.. i would get under the hood and check each wire and each vacuum hose connection. then go under the car and do the same.. oil change people are usually rough with delicate parts of cars and they break a whole lot of things

How to change a headlamp in a mercedes benz c280

When changing a headlamp in a mercedes benz c280 1995. Lift the hood latch on the inside of the car. This is located under the driver side of the car. Release the hoodlatch in the front. Open the hood and behind the headlamp (left or right), Remove the two clamps that hold the back cover onto the light. After this cover is removed, behind the headlight there is a wire behind the light that hold the light in. Squeeze the two wires together and pull them back. This will release the light. Remove the light from the socket. Place the new bulb in the socket. Remember not to touch the bulb with your fingers, this could cause the bulb to break if it gets the oil from your fingers onto the bulb. Once the bulb is replaced, put the wire back in place and replace the back cover of the light.

I have a misfiring only 3 and 4 cylinder a u get the engen light off then u drive it then it starts to mis got wirers and it was runny ok then i chage the vol cover gasget and all this started

When you took the valve cover off, and when you put the cover back on then the wires were probably put back in the wrong order. Get the firing order for year, make, model, and engine size. If you didn't already know the purpose of a firing order, it is for the correct firing of each cylinder as the piston reaches the top of the block, and the spark from the distributor through the wire in a controlled order ignites the fuel sending the piston down, creating combustion to make your vehicle move.
NOTE: when rechecking wires look for cracks in wires also check each wire with an ohm meter for breaks in wires, also check Distributers for cracks and wires are securely in place.

I can't figure out witch wires to put together on

Get a wiring diagram from Autozone repair guides for your particular vehicle. That's where I get mine when I need one.

1998 Lincoln Town Car Signature. Parked it and now will not come out of park, and brake lights do not light up. Running lights, turn signals, hazards all work.

you have to press the brake pedal for your car to shift from park.what this does is actuate a solenoid on your steering column with the same electrical signal that lights your brake lights. since you have no brake lights either, all you have to do is replace the brake light fuse and you should be back in buisness.

Check to insure a good ground on your rig, harness and trailer. Too many times the ball is used for ground, it doesn't work. Then I'd take it to someone else.

I think you better have it towed, it may be cheaper in the long run. I would disconnect the battery, you could end up with a fire on your hands if the wires short out.
