Where is the starter located on a 1997 Yukon gmc

SOURCE: ran out of gas thought after gave gas the yukon still would not start battery was dead changed battery still nothing was told it was the starter where can i find that on a 1999 yukon

it is underneath, bolted in along side front of transmission, 2 bolts hold it up, (easy to get too). and 2 nuts reove the wires, and its out!...good luck marty

follow the top rad hose and it will end up at the thermostat housing.remove the bolts [careful not to break them off] and you will see the thermostat.

SOURCE: is the fuel pressure regulator

on the fuel rail ,about a 2 inch diameter round chrome cup,will have a vacuum line going into the top

The throttle position sensor should be on the side of the throttle body opposite from the throttle cable.
And you have four O2 sensors, two on each bank.
