I have a 2005 Yukon xl and the bake window will not lock when i push the lock button the the truck or the remote.

Either the lock soleniod is bad or the linkage has come off. They use plastic clips to hold the linkage in place and they get briddle over time. Your going to have to gain access to the inside of the tailgate to diagnose the real problem.

Rear hatch will not unlock on my 05 Denali

Check the unlock mechanism for the hatch. These are controlled by an electrical motor pulling a cable. If the cable came loose you might or might not hear the click click that it makes. I would also check the fuses and relays related to the system. Usually if you can get the interior panel off all the innards are exposed. I would suggest pulling that panel off, then triggering the keyless remote and see if anything moves, that might pinpoint where it has gone bad.

I can't lock the rear hatch door on my yukon. There is no key lock and the remote button locks all the other doors but the rear hatch remains unlocked. Also the button on the inside of the vehicle does not...

The lock is stuck in the "locked" position.
When you close the hatch, it is jamming the latch hook into the wrong area.

Manually open the hatch. Unlock the hatch (even tho the hatch is already open). there are two bolts holding the metal "loop", the loop has moved. Adjust the metal loop and close the hatch / lock it, etc.

2005 gmc yukon back passenger doors will not unlock with key remote and rear hatch wont unlock or open

Either the relay for the locks is bad or the fuse. When you push the power lock on the inside if the doors do not unlock then I would check the fuses, both inside and under the hood. If they do work then the relay/s may be bad. You are pushing your key button twice correct?

Yukon xl rear door won't unlock and there is no manual lock.

I fixed mine by using fine steel wool to clean the brass contacts located at the right upper door frame on the right door as viewed from the rear of the vechicle.

Rear doors and tailgate not unlocking

Remove the fuse panel on the driver side and find the door lock relays remove and replace the relays. Make sure they are seated in the fuse panel. That should fix the problem.
