I can't seem to get my hands and a wrench near the plugs. There appears to be a heat shield around the two rear plubs on each bank. Does the heat shield have to be removed? unfortunatly you are going to have to run new power and a new pump. a fuel injection pump runs 30 psi minimum some of them quite a lot higher than that. a carb cannot have more than 7psi without bypassing the float in it and overflowing the carb with fuel. when going to a carb you will have to get a low pressure fuel pump and completely rerun the fuel system
