If it is hydraulic, there is no adjustment
other than that there are two types of mechanical clutches
one pull up hard on clutch pedal and release, and your done
the other has an adjuster at the clutch actuator fork under the vehicle mounted through the bell housing

Open the air cleaner and look down into the intake while someone else is turning over the car. Is their gas or gasoline vapor being put into the engine or not? If yes then I take a philips screw driver on the end of a spark plug wire while some one else is turning it over, to see if it has any spark. I woudl gues 90% or all non start but cranking problems are going to be in one of these two areas.
