Question about 1991 Jeep Wrangler
1991 Wrangler 2.5 L idle problem. In N, vehicle idles at about 3K RPM, can't seem to find the solution. any idea of what this problem could be? Started when starter and water pump were replaced, the fuel rail was loose, bolted it down and now have this idle problem. Since then, I've replaced Idle Control Valve, but still having the problem.
Sounds like you have a major vacuum leak. Plug the throttle body completly with you hand. If the car does not stall out there is you idle problem. Take carb cleaner spray vacuum like throttle body gasket intake gasket etc. Hope this helps please rate me.
