Changed plugs 04 envoy still hesitant between 20&30mph acceleration after that is slow too. Any answers?????

Wires, distributor, rotor, vacuum leak, O2 sensors, air filter, fuel filter, bad gas. old gas. Throttle positioning sensor, fuel regulator, weak fuel pump, dirty throttle body. Knock out all of the routine maintenance items, check for codes at advanced auto(even if your engine light is not on) and then re-evaluate it from there. And clean your fuel system at your next fill up with a can of B-12 Chem Tool from the additives section at Walmarts auto section.

Spec vin ecu specs

If it turns, then the battery is OK. Either spark plugs are not firing in proper order (wrong firing order), no power to spark plugs, or no fuel because of fuel restrictions (dirty fuel filter). Inspect the air filter to ascertain its not clogged air. If you smell gas, then you saturated the spark plugs, which is why it refuses to run.
Let it sit for half hour to let spark plugs dry. Inspect to ascertain its not dirty spark plugs, which will also prevent engine from running. After ascertaining its proper firing order, spark plugs are clean, and there's power to distributor cap, ascertain there's fuel in fuel lines by squirting half second (short squirt) of starting fluid into air filter. Close the air filter housing to trap flammable starting fluid gas. Turn engine without giving throttle. Let starting fluid be ignited by spark plugs. If it won't start, then spark plugs are not firing to ignite starting fluid gas. If it starts briefly, but won't run when you give throttle, but catches when a 2nd person squirts more starting fluid into air filter just before engine stalls, then its a fuel restriction issue or no fuel in fuel lines.

2001 Honda Civic won't accelerate past 25mph

Check the:
- Fuel pump pressure and regulating valve.
- Check the ignition system.
- Air leaks. (Throttle body gasket, idle air control valve shucked open, PCV valve open, vacuum hoses, gasket intake manifold, A/C VSV).
- Muffler.

Power Loss During Acceleration 5.3 Litre

Check your fuel pressure it should be 60-66 psi with the key on and engine off.If its not within these specs then the fuel pump is faulty and needs to be replaced. If the fuel pressure is within the specs then remove the mass air flow sensor and clean the small wires inside of it using a non-chlronated brake cleaner then let it dry for 10 minutes and re-install it.

Complete tune up for 98 civic si, what should I do

Depending on mileage you should refer to dealership specs... guessing by your year I would change the basics... spark plugs get irridum plugs if you got the bucks they around 7-20 dollars a pop you need Four..NGK is a good brand ...cheap plugs are NGK V-power they work well too 3.00 dollar a plug...plug wires set 25-35bucks ...distributor cap and rotor around 30 bucks... change oil and filter 25 bucks... you can go for fuel filter but if you never released fuel pressure I do not reccomend....! do not forget the Air filter wipe out the tube all the way to the throttle body....

Has trouble accelerating sounds like its missing and is bogging

Sounds like a timing problem to me. I would look at this first. It could be fuel related too. The old carburated engines would act like this when the accelerater pump on the carb would go bad.

Good Luck
