Did you put the belt on correctly. It sounds like you have everything going in reverse. Check the belt routing. it will fit different ways. but only one is correct.

Power distribution issue?

Bad fuse box or power center. The reason you have difficulty steering is power steering pump is not coming on. The abs and air bag light are on because of a fault in system. Windows don't work because of no power going to system with all this happened at one time a bad fuse box is most likely the cause

1995 camry v6 dash tail light warning o ,but all lights wok perfectly . Also Battery light is on and the altenator is overrunning the battery. the shop has replaced both the alt and battery twice, prior...

It seems to be an electrical short causing the alt to overcharge the battery. Check alt directly at the alt connector. Not over 14V running under load

sounds like a bare wire shorting out the system against metal somewhere. Try looking for any pinched wires under the hood as a start

Have no tail lights checked all fuses changed the bulbs and my volts light is on checked to see if it was the altenator

trace the wireing to check for a broken wire, corrosion, or ground/short, something is drawing power from your battery and the alt. can't keep up thats the reason for the volt lights. good luck

under the dash board, up behind the brake pedal mounted on a bracket, is the brake switch, that might be bad.
