There's also a thermoswitch driving the relay, that could be bad.
You could apply 12volts directly to the fan connector to see if it will run.

Using a test light connect the lid to NEGATIVE and start the engine with A/C on.back probe the positive terminal on the fan.If no power test the fuse. if fuse OK switch the relay with the horn relay and test again. if you have a power to the fan connector switch the test light lid to POSITIVE on you battery and test for good ground to the fan.some times ground wire can corrode and create a lot of problems. If you have good Power and Ground replace the fan.
good luck

2008 Toyota Corolla. Can an LE or CE edition gearbox work for an XLE edition of the Same car?

Question edited for clarity.
Question moved from Computers and Internet.

Yes, the after letters signify body trim levels only. The CE is the base level. The engine and gearbox are shared at all levels.

What is the difference between Toyota Corolla LE and XLE?"
What is the difference? The Corolla XLE is basically a more luxurious version of the lower LE trim. It adorns Toyota's SofTex upholstery, which is a simulated-leather fabric. A power-adjustable driver's seat and heated front seats also come standard in the Corolla XLE

Where is the radiator fan relay switch for a 1997 toyota corolla

The temperature switch that turns the fan off and on is located at the bottom of the radiator and has an electrical connector on it.

What is the fan in front of the radiator for? My 1996 corollas fan does not work, do i need to pull the radiator to replace it?

that fan is to help cool radiator when needed although it doesn't usually turn on until the car coolant temperature is around 200-220 degrees depending on where u live this time of year the coolant may never get that warm to need the fan to come on
as far as having to remove the radiator you might have to remove radiator but usually u can just remove radiator mounts and tilt the radiator forward enough to allow fan to come out

The fan on my Toyota Corolla is not running. I just changed the radiator and refilled the coolant. Shouldn't it run immediately I switch on? How can I tell if the fuse has blown?

What has the radiator got to do with the fan coming on? There may be a bad fan switch, screwed into the radiator, but you wouldn't change the radiator, only the sw ,if bad. You could jump the fan sw wires, turn key on, to test for a bad sw and a working fan

I have a 2002 Toyota Corolla Le and everytime my car is at stop sign my aircondition starts blowing out hot air but, once the car is moving the air starts back blowing cold. Do you know what might cause...

Make sure your fans are running. It sounds like your fans are not working all the time. With the AC on the fans should run constantly. Check fan relays and fuses.
