Is there a fuse and or relay that directly control the fuel injectors on a 99 Saturn wagon?

No injector relay in this car. Injector pulse is controlled directly from ECU.

There is no relay, but there is a fuse.

When you turn ignition key on ( not start ) does the checking light ,light ? Check fuse's for PCM , are they good ? Find a wiring diagram an check power an ground at PCM . Also hook up a scan tool an see if it will communicate with the PCM . That's how you check the PCM ! Also check the constant control relay module , these go bad an they have fuel pump relay , power hold relay , this powers up fuel injectors an ignition system !

The pump gets power from an engine control relay. The relay also powers the engine computer and the injectors. The relay gets power from a fuse and also from a fuseable link directly from the battery or starter.

change the noise relay . that controls your injectors.

CHECK FUEL PUMP RELAY + FUSE AND THE FUEL INJECTORS FUSE.

check the fuel pump itself.. if no fuel going through lines... injectors won't work.
