My Peugeot 308 doors will not open from the inside

1 you might have noticed that if someone holds onto the passenger door handle when you unlock, the passenger does not unlock.
A similar thing can happen to the rear doors. If the door release lever is pressing the opening lever of the lock even very slightly then the lock will not release the door when the electric unlock is activated.
I found this when I recently had to change the rear lock on my 307 facelift model.
When I fitted the new lock mechanism, it would only open from inside, the outer handle just produced a click then nothing on pulling repeatedly.
I adjusted the Clearance between the handle lever and the lock mechanism lever by bending the locking mechanism lever. I used a long slotted tube and torque bar.. it can be seen and reached behind the door liner.
