i have never heard of A134. The only thing it sounds like is A/C recharge?

this means your in need of a rear differential fluid change..your rear diff takes about 2.53 L or 2.67 us qt of acura atf z1 transmission fluid.

check the side of the glove box. my TL has it on the outside side panel as you look from the driver side. my honda prelude had the code there as well. hope this helps
