SOURCE: 1997 Buick Park Avenue

This is the diagram but you should have factory belt diagram sticker is still somewhere under the hood
If not:

To replace the serpentine belt on a V6 3800 you must jack up the motor and remove a motor mount. You must then use a breaker bar with a socket (13/64") and pull it toward the front of the car to release the belt tensioner. Put the new belt on, tighten it, put the mount back on, and lower the jack.
Driving without a belt can cause the motor to overheat, will cut power steering, and will not recharge the battery, so you should probably get a tow
Good Luck

SOURCE: My O2 sensor is bad on my buick park avenue. Will

first of all bad O2 sensor wont hurt your car but will cause gas millage to go way down and could cause misfires and for the engine to run poorly
Secondly there probley at least 2 02 sensors on your car one before converter (also called up stream O2 sensor) and one after converter (also called down stream O2 sensor)

ok next things u need to find out
1. how many senors u have could be any where from 1 to 4 (Will explain more in a minute)

2. which sensor is bad your fault code should tell u this
under code description should say O2 sensor bank 1 sensor 1 or 02 bank 1 sensor 2 or bank 2 sensor 2 bank 2 sensor 2 (bank 1 is side of motor where #1 spark plug is bank 2 is other side of motor)

Ok now time to fiugure out how many sensors u have jack up car look at exhaust look to see how many converters u have they should be located close to engine compartment should be at least one maybe two if my memory serves me right there only one on your car if it is only 1 that narrows down the amount of sensors to 1 to 3 now that you found your converter follow the pipes up to engine look at both pipes should be at least one senor somewhere if there two there but one in each pipe
ok now we know how many up stream sensors u have ok now look back at converter within a foot of pipe coming out of converter there should be a sensor if there is one not all cars have this one

I'm sorry if i confused u but just dont want you changeing wrong sensor and having to buy another one if you dont have to cause they arent the cheapist things in the world but well worth fixing because money you save in gas will pay for sensor in no time

Where is the Power steering reservoir for a 99' Buick Park Ave.

You will need a flashlight; it will be very helpful. Standing on the passenger side of the vehicle, shine the flashlight down behind the engine approximately in the corner behind the pulleys but a little more closer to the firewall and look straight down. The power steering reservoir sits like one to two feet below where you probably expect to see it; they seem to have hidden it very well . I have a 98 and a 99 Park Ave and it took me forever to find it.

Starter clicks butengine won't turn over on 99 Buick Park Avenue. Battery is fine and starter solonoid is clicking but not engageing and engine not rolling over?

sounds like a bad starter motor, autozone will test it free out of car.
it is a royal pain to get the starter out so pay close attention so it will be easier going back in.

Is a 99 buick park avenue fuel pump compitable with a 1997 oldsmobile aurora? there both a gm product

According to my parts guide, the fuel pump for your 97 Olds Aurora fits only that and the 97 Buick Riviera's and nothing else. The pump for a 99 Park avenue comes up as a different part number. Hope this helps!

Buick park avenue engine start problem

Try replacing the coolant control temp sensor, the one to the computer (usually it will have two wires), not the sensor to the temp light or gauge (usually has only one wire).
