I have a 2000 Chevy Venture with a broken pulley/wheel in the serpentine belt path. The pulley/wheel in question is at the bottom of what I believe is the tensioner assembly. However the various diagrams online don't appear clear to me as compared to the picture I took of the area in question. Are you able to assess my photo and confirm the wheel/pulley in question?

Lower left is the tensioner and above should the idler. Sometimes there is a diagram on the fan shroud or near the radiator. Without a picture I hope this makes sense.
Starting with the ac going over the top of its pulley and down to the power steering, to and under the crank shaft, going in and up and around left over the water pump to the tensioner (going under) and to the alternator over the top and then under the idler.

On my 2005 Tacoma with the 4.0L V6, I found it easier to change the belt from under the truck. Just remove the skid pan. Plenty of room to install the belt. The tensioner pulley is the one at about 2-o'clock from the crankshaft with the belt nearly all the way around it.
