Is not idling when the weather is cold
Also a good check is to see if all the sensors are clean. the air sensor in the intake or what the also cal a mass air fuel sensor MAF can be cleaned . There is also a few hoses running to the throttle body. be sure those has not perished due to the cold.
I suggest cleaning the throttle body, air flow sensor, as well as change your air filter and clean battery posts. I had a similar issue with an 05 chrysler and after doing the above haven't had the problem since. This is your cheapest and easiest potential solution.
Probably the fuel injectors need professionally cleaned. When they get old they dribble fuel into your engine instead of giving a fine mist. In winter, the fuel doesn't have enough time to vaporize enough to give good combustion, so the engine stalls. The car computer does some wonderful things with controlling air and fuel mixtures, but clogged or dirty injectors pushes most of the sensors outside their range for balancing the engine back out. Clean injectors or rebuilt ones will also raise your gas mileage and give you more power, so it's a win win
