Go to your local library and look the schematic up in the technical books that you usually can't check out from the library. You will find factory manuals there. You can check the fan to see if the motor is good or bad by jumping power to it. If the motor is good then you probably have a bad thermostatic relay that won't engage the fan when it reaches it's temp limit.
