go to your local BMW dealer with proof of ownership (registration document) and photographic proof of ID and they can order you a new key from BMW this will get you into the car as long as at least 1 door lock or the boot has the original lock.
First u would take off the cowling under the hood(below the wipers) then undo 6 bolts . then pull cabin filters, finally pop the 2 clips retaining the motor. dont forget to undo the wires.
Does it make a buzzing sound when you pull the lever? If it does than there is clogage somewhere and I would suggest taking the nozzles off and checking for clogage If it does not make a buzzing sound I would suggest you find and electrcian to check the wiring...
