Sounds like a flat battery. Just enough to power your lights but not enough to power the starter motor. Try recharging the battery.and check battery connections are good.

A good charged battery is 12.6 volts. Remote start needs over 10.5 volts to function. Starter needs 10 volts. Battery is junk once under 9.6. Try charging it but most likely you have a dead cell and will need to replace the battery.

Yes this is electrical. Start by checking the fuses.

SOURCE: 2002 GMC Envoy

If your 2002 gmc envoy or sierra will not even turn over with a kown good battery try starting it in nuetral then go back to park and try starting again. There is a park nuetral safety switch that can malfunction. Turn the key on then shift into nuetral, then turn fully to start.

SOURCE: Why does my heater keep running after I shut my Envoy off?

I have the same problem. I have also been searching the web for a solution. I came across someone saying that it was the heater module located behind the glove department. I can't find now where i read this but it said the part was approx. $150.00. He was having same problem as us, heater wouldn't obey touch commands to turn on/off or when heater did blow it would only blow real low or real high. Like you, after turning off engine blower motor was still running even though it wasn't blowing air out.
I'm tired of paying for things that are not due to normal "wear and tear" on my 2003 Envoy. Let me know if this helps you and how you repaired it. I'll probably have to take mine to the shop but because I'm a "girl" I swear they think I'm crazy with all my Envoy complaints.

it sounds like you need a regulator for your alternater it is reversing polarity there for draining your battery and reseting the clock. it is located on the back of your alternator.hope this could help.

Key want turn off cant get into gear or out of park

if battery dead key wont go all the way to off other problem is the console shifter boot on these models has a habit of getting caught and stopping the shifter from completely into park or jam so cant get out of park ---also the shifter cable can get corroded or damaged its located on drivers side of transmission under vihicle

I have a 2003 envoy started last week now cant even get key to turn on would bad battery do this

yes a dead battery can cause this to happen or battery has a couple of bad cells in it. to turn lights off turn switch all the way to the left before each start. You can get used batteries at your local towing company/junk yard; if you want to see if it is the battery first. It is usually about $20 or less for a used battery. This is the cheaper way to find out if it is your battery. It could also be your alternator too, have it checked out. My alternator went out and it fried a couple of battery cells, so I had to replace both.

I have a 2003 GMC Envoy with 79k miles. I have

sounds like 1 of 2 problems. without the vehicle it is hard to say but first I would check the ignition switch and then look at the body control module. hope this helps,
The body control module controls keyless entry and most body functions including dash board operations.

I'm stuck out of town and ran the Envoy out of gas, it will not even turn over acts like a dead battery flagged down a driver tryed to jump it. The vehicle still acts dead. Is there a reset button...

I would try cleaning the battery cables.

If that doesn't do it start checking the big fuses onder the hood... they are MAXI-Fuses.

This is assuming you are getting no lights on the dash. IE the the bulb checks you gt when you turn the key.

No start/ stalling

youmay have a dead cell in your battery mine acted like yours igot it running at home i tested the battery and found it only had 10.6 volts this indicates a bad cell tip: if your battery is 4 or 5years old replace it because it needs it also you can damage your alternator by waiting till the last crank
