If the starter turns the engine over, then it could be not getting fuel or spark plug voltage.

If not then it could be the battery or battery connections or a loose ground connection on the engine.

It could also be no fuel pressure or the "Main Relay" is bad

Hope this helps.

99 honda acoord ex dies while driving

I chased the same issue with my 99 for about 1-1/2 years. Everytime I took it in, it worked fine for them. They recommended changing many items from the alternator to the fuel pump. I did what they said on my own, but nothing helped. It took me a while to document what I was doing everytime it would stall and giving them the list, only for them to say, "it sounds like the main relay" which they changed for me at no charge. Haven't had a problem in over three years.

Trans shifts very hard between 1 & 2 gear. 1998 Honda acoord auto trans.

There is a recall on that issue. Call honda to see if you are still covered. There is a limit on mileage. If you qualify they will put a new tranny. Good luck

Im 6'1 and i love driving my honda accord ex, 2002 model. The problem is that my legs keep hitting up against the steering wheel, potentially causing a safety hazard. Any adjustments i can make?

Unless you've haven't maxed out the tilt of the wheel, there really isn't anything else that can be done. If your steering wheel isn't tilted up to the highest point it can be set to, try that. If it has, you're pretty much stuck, as there are no other adjustments on it.
