Possible --
code p0069 refers to manifold pressure (MAP) sensor-baraometric pressure co-orrelation===causes --MAF sensor--mechanical fault
code p0248 refers to turbo charger (TC) waste gateregulating valve B --range/performance problem===causes TC wastegate regulating valve
code p0299 refers to turbo/supercharger--low boost===causes---mechanical fault
with a temperature of -20 degrees it is possible that the working parts have seized up and throwing up the codes.

Your fault on #8 may be the injector itself, or it may be low compression on that cylinder caused by valves, rings, etc.

Possible transmission out not sure

When was the last time you had transmission oil changed and the tranny pan removed and the tranny filter changed? If never, this is your starting point.

The problem with these vans is that the tranny pan is at about a 20 degree angle under the transmission near the driver front tire. The problem with this design is that these pans eventually begin to leak at the lowest point of the pan, and over time you will not notice the ATF loss. Most likely your ATF level or cleanliness/viscosity may be bad.
Don't cry 'TRANSMISSION' until you get your tranny serviced (ATf oilc change, new tranny filter, clean magnets, clean pan, clean tranny).
