Hi:
The ABS light on means an ABS malfunction. You should be able to have a auto parts store scan your car and find out what code is tripped, for free, but my guess is that one of your front wheel speed sensors is out of whack, or dirty or something.
When the light is on, your normal brakes work fine, but you have no ABS, so your car will take longer to stop in emergency situations.

Its exactly the abs module! and its keeping the ecu from communicating with the rest of the car, when you remove the module your tac will come back alive and the oil light will turn off. There is way to trick the ecu to thinking the abs module is working but it involves taking out the module, it is fairly simple. If your having a abs check light on then you will need to have your system scanned with a abs code scanner, go to your vehicle dealer for this service , repairs can also be made there, remember it's brakes which are about safety so if you are unsure of your ability in this area don't risk it , it is not worth saving a buck for sacrificing saftey...

These problems do not seem to be related at all. The cause of the warm ac air could be several things from a low refrigerant charge to a plugged condensor fins to the compressor clutch not kicking in. You just have to follow a systematic approach when diagnosing these problems.

Just a idea. If the car is running at idle and the oil light blinks , it usually from low oil pressure. At a idle your seeing the light respond to the revolutions of the engine. ! thing to try is to replace the oil pressure switch on the engine block. And #2, Most causes in a VW is that the vehicle overheated at one time and weekend the oil pump,or massive amount of miles.

Try carefully topping up the brake fluid, this can happen when the level falls as the pads wear down especially when cornering
