Car CD Players get dusty from road grime. Buy a CD Cleaning Disc and run it is a couple of times. The laser that reads the tracks is much lower power, and if it can't read the whole tracking system, it ejects the CD. The cleaning disc has little brushes that cleans the optic lenses.

Usually there is a hole in close to the cd slot, where a pin can be inserted in order to push out a cd manually or a similar manual override.
Which CD player/ radio are you using?
are you using copy disc's as this is more common when using copy disc's. the rollers don't pick the disc up you need to press eject and use something flat in between the disc and roller and it will come out. failing that the belt has snapped for the roller and will need to be replaced.
Hi there: This normally happens when the laser gets dirty and can't read a cd. more common in a smokers car or if living in a dusty area. You can get a cd lens cleaning kit. just a black cd with alike a fake
eyelash attached to the bottom side...as it spins it bushes dust off the
optical eye of the laser...this is what actually reads the disc.
Other choice, the mechanical system of the player is stuck thats why it cant read the
disc anymore, you should put some oil on the mechanical part to lossen
some stuck up parts.
Hope this helps; also keep in mind that your feedback is important

Not sure of the manufacturer - but most have a small pin hole near the CD insert slot - inserting a straightened paper clip into that hole a few times will often eject the CD. Good Luck - and let us know ....
Mostly The cd is jammed between the laser sensor and the cd rotator.Try removing the audio player and reseting the whole device if possible.Or if you have sufficient technical know how.Open the player try to manually open the disc tray.and remove thedisc. This can happen even if the disc is broken inside the player.
while pressing eject, slip another disc in the slot 1/4''. wait a couple seconds till you feel it being pushed out by the original cd. do not put the original cd back in till you have cheched for scratches or a warped disc. hope this helps
