These are all function of the Body Control Module. You need an auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer and access to factory technical bulletins.
The first thing that need to be done here is to have the fault code(s) read that are recorded in the computer's memory (PCM) when this happens. Do not keep driving the car or you will damage the engine and/or the transmission.
I there is a lock cylinder in the driver's door or door handle of your Mercedes Vito then you will be able to unlock the door manually using the key. If you are having trouble with this then contact Mercedes and they will explain to you how to unlock it.
My personal suggestion would be to go for these repair catalogs.

As a first course of action, I strongly suggest that you remove the positive battery connector and let it sit for atleast 15mins. before reconnecting it. This will reset the system and can get it back to it's normal operation.
