Missing variable control voltage on the blower fan control module on a 2008 Buick lucerne

What are you using to test this control signal ? Were you on right wire ?
Blower Motor Control Processor The blower motor control processor is an interface between the HVAC control module and the blower motor. The blower motor speed control, battery positive voltage and ground circuits enable the control processor to operate. The HVAC control module provides a pulse width modulation (PWM) signal to the control processor in order to command the blower motor speed. The processor supplies 12 volts to the blower motor through the blower motor voltage supply circuit. The control processor uses the blower motor ground as a low side control to adjust the blower motor speed.

Chevy Trailblazer EXT Blower Motor Won Turn Off The blower motor in this video don't shut off , but he show's how to test the PWM signal right !
Your blower motor control module is probably bad , or HVAC control panel is bad , or a wiring problem !

Blower control won"t shut off

Need more info. Won't turn completely off when the car is running? Most fans will not completely turn off unless you turn the heat and air control to off. Or is it still running when you turn the engine off.

94 Buick Roadmaster AC fan blowing hot and won't shut off

If you have climate control it could be the main processor. Something could be shorting the blower relay to keep it on. You would also need to check and see if the system is still full of freon.

A/C Blower won't shut off

Depending on the make model and year, there may be a blower relay that has stuck on. You should be able to unplug the relay, or the blower fuse until you can get it checked out.

Rear blower motor won't shut off, runs all the time on high when ventilation system is on

Check rear blower control switch for operation and for fault. You may need a multimeter to check electrical outputs.

2000 Monte Carlo blinkers work some time have to tap /hit dash board by hazard switch to make them work. Control switch on heater blower not working light out. I have to put the fuse in on passenger side...

For the blinkers you need to replace the hazard switch. This will take care of your problem. For the blower,if this is what you mean by heater won`t shut off.You need to replace the blower motor resistor. This will fix your blower not shutting off.The light for the knob you will have to remove the control panel and replace the bulb if it is replacable. Some of these models you have to replace the control panel to get the lights to work.I hope this helps Heidi and let me know if you need anymore help.Good luck.
