Engine will not start.
Please hook up the scan tool, pull out the error code number/ numbers and post them here.
Dealing with the engine immobilizers is a big deal and requires the proper equipment and knowledge. But again nothing could be done without knowing about the error codes.

The immobilizer does not "lock" the ignition, it does not energize the fuel injection relay. What you have is a "locked" steering column. Put the key in the ignition, and pull/turn the steering wheel HARD left or right, whilst turning the key to on or start. Do BOTH at the same time.The action of you pulling on the steering wheel will unlock the steering column.

have someone pump the pedal and hold it, then you work from the right rear, left rear, right front, left front, while the person pumps and holds several times at each wheel.

Most Auto Part stores like napa or kragen will read the malfunction code for you for free. Once you get that done post the code so we can give you a better understanding on your concern. Oh if your light is flashing please don't drive it that means you are doing immediate damage.
