Let's keep it simple check fuses and relays by swapping around the relays in the fuse box. IF THIS IS NOT THE PROBLEM . Most of the vehicle'll especially havea multifunction switch operating turn signals wipers headlights. If it goes bad you will hear clicking and grinding in the steering column it's just plastic junk made to go bad. Replacing will require removal of steering wheel and removing wire harness attached to switch which should run down your column if you are not comfortable with this take it to a dealer. Hope this helps

This is not an easy procedure, especially since you've never done it before. With the wheels in the straight ahead position, look at the back of the steering wheel, you'll see two holes. One at 9 o'clock and one at 3 o'clock. You stick a small flat blade screwdriver in the first hole and you pry on the retaining spring while gently pulling on the airbag until it releases. Repeat on the other side. I'm a professional mechanic and the first time I did it, it took me over a half hour to figure it out. Now I can do it in less than a minute. Might want to take it to the dealer.

There is a power steering stop leak fluid that some auto part stores have, if it is a small leak, a big leak you will have to replace what ever is leaking.

sounds like there is something in the wrong place in the horn button. it makes contact when you turn left just as if you had pushed the horn button. i wonder does your airbag light ever come on, i mean not just in the startup sequence, that's normal. probably you need to take the horn button part of the steering wheel apart and get things back in the right place or maybe replace some parts, but because of the airbag being right there too it's not something i would recommend that you do yourself. accidentally setting off an airbag is not a good thing.
