See the first video, but by the sounds of it, you need an auto electrician with a pro grade scan tool computer to diagnose these faults electronically. ABS, Speedometer and Transmission Solenoids.

If this is a digial gauge check fuses first. speed senser at the back of transmission 1 10 m bolt. auto zone maybe able to check the part. Stop by Auto Zone have them run free code test. code will for senser. If manual check cable on back drivers side of transmission.

Electrolysis is the likely problem which turns the coolant into large gobs that block the cooling system...touch the negative lead of a voltmeter to chassis ground and dangle the (+) lead into the coolant...Digital meter works best...you must read less than .04 volts...If not, back flush and add the appropriate Motor Craft coolant then recheck...Guru...Saailer

I have a 96 which had issues with the original ford pump at 28,000 miles. It would shut down after about 200 miles of continuous running in the high elevations. Col, and Wyom. Solution was to replace ford gear fuel pump with an after market turbin pump. According to the tech from the western states that this is common with high alt. and high temp running. ( have not had a problem new pump)

Back side of the motor, between motor and fire wall, on the side of the block, just above the oil pan, bolt's into the transmission bell housing.

The fan motor has gone out,it was bad before it went out,drawing too many amps,so it took the blower motor resister out with it.The resister is next to the blower motor.On the speedo,check,or replace the speed sensor in the transmission,

turn truck to on, disconnect battery and hook it up 10 times, (resets computer) then turn truck off. then hook battery up and try it

If the computer in that thing is a "learning" computer, disconnect the battery for an hour or so and "reset" the computer. Can't hurt... Also, make sure you write down any security codes for your radio or other electronics before disconnecting that battery...
