yes. there is a timing belt. You can get the whole kit here. double check to make sure it fits your vehicle.

B1S1 is oxygen (lamda) sensor front (upstream) bank 1
bank 1 is where cylinder 1 resides
4 cylinders
#1 cylinder is closet to cam drive end
#4 is near transmission end

No need for a relay on a small light bulb.

You remove the coil by using special tools called coil spring compressors/holding tool fixtures then it is just a matter of unbolting it, on a car lift a 45 minute job.

with a small amount of fuel in the tank why do you need to siphon.? what are you intending to do?

Bad or loose connection somewhere in the dash?. Check the main connectors at the back of the fuse panel.
