2011 Dodge Avenger, My bumper was ripped off from the driver's side forward and now 1/2 the horn won't sound (Low tone). Should I be looking at the wiring harness?

I was hit just in front of my driver's wheel well while parked, pulling my bumper completely off forward. I am also looking for a part number for a driver wheel well as it has torn off the push pins, and Dodge is not making the search easy (since I am not having them do the repair).

Reads like someone is wanting to pocket an unsurance payoff, or ins uninsured. Surprising though that dealer would be acting in retribution since many if not most no longer will accept bodywork. As for multitone horn...the horn itself seems a more likely source of the problem. The tones are a function of horn build, not electrical wiring for each tone. Either the horn is defective or it is underpowered.

I would guess the horn itself is damaged, not the connection. Go to a junkyard get a horn maybe 2 dollars ?

SOURCE: 2008 Dodge Avenger window problem?

Sounds like u have a bad window regulator which is a system of channels and guide wires that move the window up & down. since i do not know the whole situation I would make sure the window channels are lubricated with silicone spray to make sure the window is not being held up on anything.

SOURCE: 1992 Dodge Ram 50: Horn honks all by itself.

Check the horn actuating contact at the centre of the steering wheel. It may be damaged or mis-aligned.
Also check the carbon contact that runs on the slip ring under the steering wheel (associated with steering wheel horn actuate switch) It may be damaged or mis-aligned.

If none of the above are faulty, you should look for a possible intermittent short to ground on the horn actuation control wiring.

Where are the horns on 2013 dodge avenger sxt

On a 2013 Dodge Avenger SXT, the horns are located in the front of the vehicle, behind the front bumper. There are two horns, a high-pitched horn and a low-pitched horn, that are typically mounted on a bracket behind the front grille or bumper cover.
To access the horns, you may need to remove the front bumper or grille, depending on the specific model and configuration of your Avenger. If you're unsure about how to access or replace the horns on your vehicle, consult the manufacturer's instructions or seek assistance from a qualified mechanic or automotive technician.

Various ideas here, you are not alone. The sunroof drain is usually the culprit as the gutter drain is at the rear.

Where is the alternator fuse on a 2008 dodge avenger?

look in the fuse block, driver's side, forward corner of engine bay under the hood. I think the lid on the little box has the diagram underneath it, to locate the alternator fuse. Check all your fuses there, too.
I think the small plug-in connector with two wires on the alternator would be for the voltage regulator, wouldn't it?

My 2000 dodge caravan won't reverse, how much would that cost, and what is wrong with it?

There are pressure ports on the side of the 4 speed under the solenoid pack. These are 1/16 pipe thread, with a gauge you could check each one.

From the engine towards the transfer gear cover they are:

Underdrive
Overdrive
Reverse
Lock Up Release
2nd & 4th
Low & Reverse

These ports are connected very close to the clutches, so a bad seal will show up as low pressure. in reverse, look for at least 145 psi in Reverse and the Low & Reverse ports at the same time.
If pressures are good here, you likely have a broken ring gear on the rear planet. This will fail and will still have forward gears as the ring is not used during forward movement.
Good luck, i hope this helps.
