Engine heat may be thinning oil enough to drop pressure. Fix overheating first. Thermostat, bad cat converter or muffler, bad water pump, etc.

The throttle body needs cleaning. It has some carbon build up, and when the battery went dead the computer lost its learned values, one of which is base throttle position. Now its reset back to factory specs, not accounting for a dirty throttle body. Seen it a million times

Motor control system failure means either 2 things
1 A fault with the ecu
2 A fault with the exhaust and lambda sensors

If you smell fuel, Try locating the source. It may be a fuel line leak if the smell is that strong. You may be loosing fuel preasure to the injectors if a leak is occuring. Always start with the basics along with visual over sight before repairs.

Faulty coolant system gaskets are allowing coolant into the block. You will notice a sticky sweet smell as it is running rough. You will need to replace all the gaskets (2 gaskets and one "elbow") from the coolant system to the engine. Not fixing this problem can cause a cracked head gasket. Check the area to the passenger side of the engine near the coolant tank, you will see a bolt on the block itself with an exposed nut. If this area is greasy, wet or otherwise corroded your system is leaking into the block.
