Can anybody help me fix this problem? I have a 2014 gmc sierra 1500. I have the automatic dual climate control. Both a/c and heat work perfectly on manual mode. But when i switch it to auto, the a/c comes on and blows cold air. When its mid january in canada and the outside temp is -10 and my control is set at 25-30, i think the heat should come on. Instead the a/c keeps blowing ice cold air. As soon as i put it in manual mode, i get nice hot air again. What is my problem? Thanks.

Then you problem can be solved under waranty by the service division of the company from where you bought it. It is always possible that the wires were not properly fitted during assembly, a faulty unit was installed or any number of things that will be covered by the warranty Then you problem can be solved under waranty by the service division of the company from where you bought it.
