The rear lights and signal lights stop wrkng in my bros car,the windows dsnt go up nor down,and he have to reprogram the radio every time he gets in the car,fuses r ok and relay as well,what can be happening?????

This unfortunately is going to be an electrical diagnosis nightmare. And unless you have access to the right diagnostic equipment and the means to reprogram you will likely be farther ahead to save yourself the time and frustration and take it into a repair facility.

Major power loss could be bad fusible link.

The windows need to be re-learned.
- Park the car on level floor. Shift the gear lever to P or N. Pull up the hand brake. Start the engine.
- Sit on driver's seat. Lower the driver side window. Keep the button pressed for three to four Seconds after the window glass sits completely.
- Move up the window glass and do the same as above.
- Do the same with passenger side window glass while sitting on the passenger seat.
- Repeat the same procedure for rear windows one by one from their own buttons.
- Sit on a drivers seat and operate all the windows one by one.
Note:
If the problem persists, pull up the body diagnostic error codes with Diagnostic computer or re-learn the windows with the same machine.

Check your fuses. More than likely blew one of them.

I have a quite simular problem !
What`s realy strange is that when the lights are off, it`s seams ok, but when i turn on the lights (park lights ore full with xenon) the signal strenght is much worse ?

Anyone heard abot this problem ?

The brake light in the rear window and the main brake lights are on a different circuit. After the signal leaves the activating switch on the brake pedal arm, it splits. One circuit goes straight to the high mount brake light, the other goes into the turn signal switch. If the rear turn signals work but the brake lights don't, suspect the turn signal switch, not the bulbs and wires. Better to check this before removing and checking bulbs, wires and fuses. It is a common problem with the W-body cars like Lumina, Monte Carlo, Buick Regal, Olds Cutlass and Pontiac Grand Prix. (Approx 94-99 models). Part number is GM 190005031 (w/o radio accessory control) or 19005032 (with radio controls)

Rear windows on my 2002 Taurus stopped working. Fuse OK. Problem is only with the rear windows. Started as an intermittent problem on one window and now neither rear window works.
