96 civic ferio mi auto mpg?

Not familiar with Honda Civics but I have never seen a relay or any other electrical component hooked to a fuel filter. The one for the fuel pump should be in the fuse panel normally under the hood. Usually identified on the cover or owners manual

try greasing the front end . needs a lube job,perhaps see an alignment shop to check front end

overheating is normally caused by low antifreeze, bad pump, or plugged line resticting flow.

Most cars are good to use 10w - 40w, don't buy cheap oil, Mobil is what I use, My 95 civic gets 40 mpg, 97 achieva gets 29 MPG, 96 cirrus gets 28 MPG and never had a problem, I change oil every 5000 miles and it looks good, (not to dirty) 35 years doing this (mechanic)

for the time and money u r better of getting another car.
i would not attempt it at all.
what is the prob with it.

give the engine a minute or two to cool down before turning it off. This cool down period allows oil to circulate and cool down the bearings in the turbo. If you shut off the engine immediately after hard driving, the oil can gum up around the hot bearings and create problems down the road.

It is fuse #13 in your under dash Fuse box. If you are looking at the box the connectors are on top. From the left the fuse will be the middle row, second fuse from the left end.
