There are a few options to troubleshoot this problem.

This could be an issue with fuse, wiring or control switch.

When this happened to me it was the control switch.

If you go into the drivers side of the car and go under the steering wheel to where the brake is located, follow the bar that the brake is attached to up to the switch. The switch is a small box that has a pin that depresses when the bar that is attached to the brake rests on. When you step on the brake (in this case use your hand) the pin should come back out of the little box which then activates your brake lights. If you see the pin sticking then that could be the problem.

In my car the switch was sticking because the little box started to come apart. Rather than replacing I used a couple of plastic zip ties to tighten the box back into place and works like new.

SOURCE: 96 monte carlo rear window brake light works but

This is a common GM specific problem. Your turn signal switch contains an elaborate networking device that has to cancel brakelights while running a turn light. Often times the ground within the turn signal switch is lost causing your situation. After investigating such other possibilities as fuses and loose grounds it may become necessary to replace the turn signal switch. Thank you, Dana

Could be the brake lamp switch is bad , stop lamp fuse 20 amp in under hood fuse box could be blown .Check the fuse ,if not blown check for B+ voltage at the brake switch , location - top of brake pedal under the dash . Do you know how to test automotive electrical circuit's using a DVOM - digital volt ohm meter ? Looking at a wiring diagram so you know which wires to test would be good too . Do you know what a wiring diagram is ? Free ones here Enter vehicle info. Year , make , model an engine size . Under system click on lighting ,then under subsystem click exterior lighting . Click the search button then the blue link. first diagram top left you will see the stop lamp switch . orange wire in is B+ voltage . Press the brake pedal while checking for B+ coming out on the white wire . No B+ coming out ,replace the switch . Will be other wires as well , other switch etc... check the right one .

How can i fix the problem blinkers & hazards don't work

If both the blinkers and hazards are not working, check the fuse block for a blown fuse. Also see if your running and brake lights come on. If they do, and there is no blown fuse, try replacing the flasher unit, usually located either near the fuse block or in the glove box area.

01 durango blinkers not working

It's probably the ignition key switch located on the left side of the steering wheel. This is a fairly inexpensive part, but pay the 2 or 3 bucks more for a name brand switch as the really cheap ones only last a short time.

most blinkers uses relays, and when they flashes fast one light is out, but you replaced your burnt bulb might be a bad relay.

Blinkers don't work: When I use my blinkers to

The right blinker issue sounds like you have one bulb out either front or rear check them both. The left blinker issue sounds like either bulbs(both out) or fuse, or worst case blinker switch has gone bad on left turn only so not picking up the signal.
