the alloy wheel has siezed on the hub spiggot use a lever or something on the suspension behind close to the inner wheel rim edge and bar around the rim bit at at a time and rotate the wheel has you do it it should come off you can use a bit of wd40 to help. when you get it off clean the wheel centre and the spiggot with abrasive paper or similar and apply copper grease when you refit it. common problem with alloy wheels on steel hubs

Call around to local junkyards, look on ebay, and on craigslist. Most likely another brand of steel wheel will fit on it, but you may have to find Fiat wheels. Stick with used wheels and buy from someone local as they will cost a ton to ship.

Hello, Are you using the factory wheels? If you are using aftermarket wheels, the wheel center might not be fitting snugly on the hub like it should causing the wheel to move slightly. The bolts aren't the only thing you need to keep the wheel centered. If the wheel starts moving up and down it will eventually break the studs. If you find this information to be correct would you please enter a "fixya" rating. Thanks, Gator241
