Question about 2002 Chrysler Sebring
I took the rail off clean the injectors put new plugs and it still would not start
You need to check your fuel pressure regulator to insure that it isn't leaking back into the vacuum hose. If the diadhram has sprung a leak it will allow the vacuum to suck the fuel through the hose back into the intake.

Make sure you are getting spark

Humidity in the cylinders would be more related to the erg valve, and there are a whole lot more sensors other than the (intake) manifold absolute pressure sensor involved in producing a lean fuel mix/heavy air mix scenario- TPS, MAF, VAF.
if the engine is not starting and there was water in the cylinders, could you have a blown head gasket? any exhaust drip or white smoke, oil filmed coolant or bubbly oil on the dipstick?

Testimonial: "the oil is clean no water in the oil or on the dip stick just the plugs wet with too much fuel pouring in"
in that case, yes, it is very likely the map sensor. it could possibly be the tpa, maf or vaf- to a lesser degree.
ooh, my bad. when you said wet, i assumed air intake humidity. i would have never suggested head gasket if i realized they were wet with fuel because the cylinders flood
now that i understand the situation, the map really is the most suspect part
sov what is location for these sensors especially the map for this model
